These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the family hotel “Emilia” and hotel guests, concerning the services provided. Adherence to the hotel policy guarantees a peaceful and safe stay for all guests.
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Reservations for the “Emilia” guest rooms can be made in one of the following ways:

On arrival at the hotel.
2. As a required guaranteed deposit for a requested reservation, the following shall be paid in advance:
– 30% of the total booking amount on the website or
– 100% of the total booking amount.
Upon receipt of the advance payment, your reservation will be valid and considered finally confirmed.
If a confirmed reservation is cancelled, or in the event of a no-show on the day of check-in, the amount paid in advance for your reservation will not be refunded and the reservation will be considered invalid.
3. “Emilia” Guest Rooms reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in the event of force majeure or other reasons beyond the hotelier's control.

ACCOMMODATION POLICY:
1. Registration and check-in for each guest is carried out upon presentation of an identity document. Only registered guests are accommodated in the hotel and permitted in the hotel rooms. Registration and check-in of minors without a guardian/parent is not permitted.
2. Accommodation: after 14:00.
3. Checkout: by 12:00.
4. Early check-in (after 10:00) and late check-out (until 16:00) are offered subject to availability, upon prior arrangement with Reception, for an additional charge. Reservations are held until 00:00 on the day of arrival, unless late arrival after 00:00 has been communicated.
5. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to individuals who are visibly intoxicated or under the influence of narcotics, as well as in cases of aggressive behaviour or gross violation of generally accepted norms of conduct.
6. Daily room cleaning takes place between 9:00 and 16:00.
7. Smoking is not permitted in hotel rooms and indoors! If a violation is found, a fine of €50.00 per person will be imposed for deep cleaning and refreshing.
8. Smoking is permitted in designated areas.
10. Valuables and precious items can be stored in the safes located at Reception for a fee.
11. The rooms must be kept clean and the inventory used for its intended purpose.
12. It is not permitted to remove or rearrange hotel property.
13. “Emilia” Hotel reserves the right to charge guests for the costs of repairing damage to the hotel's property caused by their intentional, negligent, or careless actions. If such damage is recorded, guests will be notified and asked to pay the cost, according to a valid price list.
14. Broadcasting loud sounds from television receivers, as well as holding parties and noisy gatherings in the rooms, is not permitted.
15. You can welcome friends and guests in the hotel courtyard.
16. Bringing bulky items and any kind of flammable, explosive, toxic, radioactive, or similar substances and objects that are hazardous to health and safety onto the hotel grounds is prohibited.
17. Personal belongings of guests, forgotten in hotel rooms or on the hotel's premises, are kept for 1 month and handed over upon request.
18. Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
19. Parking of cars at the hotel entrance and exit is not permitted, nor in a way that obstructs traffic.
